New features include support for Facebook Pages apps, new setFBML API, templatized feed stories, preferences API.

Initial set of bug fixes reported on the issue tracker list.

Additional features:
* Support for ajax scenarios (FacebookProxy.axd service and EnableAjaxScenarios property)

* Support for placing api key and secret in config
* Support for external browsing (and use of infinite session) of a Facebook application's pages.
